To finish off the body love = A lovely body series, we’re going to look at accountability.


These post have been created to highlight the nuts and bolts of obtaining, and maintaining a healthy body composition (fat vs lean muscle ratio). Without crash dieting, punishment, deprivation, self-loathing and or other soul destroying behaviours people are so inclined to do (me included), before self-love.

My objective in writing these posts, was to help identify your current self-limiting behaviours that hinder your ability to reach those much desired aesthetic goals. And how switching your mindset can catapult you towards success in a sustainable and empowering manner; without turning you in to a manic ars*hole


You must understand that it is not just the exercise you do & the food you eat, that impacts your ability to burn more fat and sculpt more lean muscle.
But it’s also the way you think; the way you act; and your attitudes & perceptions of the world around you. It’s the quality of your relationships; your work environment; sleeping pattens; attention span; digestive system; and hormone balance.
It’s even the quality of the water you drink.

You cannot control everything in your life, but you certainly can control A LOT.

You have full power over your mindset, your actions, reactions, and the stories in your head.

Ultimately, it’s all YOU, who is accountable for making the changes that support your success, to the best of your ability.


YOU are accountable for your own self-care.
YOU are accountable for exhausting your resources, reading, watching & learning.
YOU are accountable for seeking external help when you need it, within your means and budget.
YOU are accountable for questioning, and critically analysing everything you read, see and hear. Yet managing cynicism.
YOU are accountable for doing the work that is required for what ever it is that you wish to change
And YOU are accountable for every outcome that occurs. Good or bad. It’s all you baby.
