Julia is an accredited Clinical Nutritionist and the founder of NRG Wellbeing - nutrition consulting (@nrgwellbeing_nutrition). Julia's holistic philosophy aims to support you through all life stages while providing education about the importance of nourishing the body with wholesome and nutrient-dense foods.

After four years working as a trainer and rep for a leading Australian probiotic company, Julia's expertise has evolved.  She has a thorough understanding of the gut microbiome and the importance of supporting gut health throughout each life stage. Her exposure has increased her interest in how diet and environmental factors can impact gut health, mood, and the immune system, and she has a firm belief that the gut genuinely functions as our' second brain'.

Julia uses a client-centred and evidence-based approach to analyse each individual's health holistically. Evaluating diet, lifestyle, and past medical history to tailor nutrition and lifestyle treatment plans that are realistic, personalised and affordable for the individual - at the same time, encouraging a positive relationship with food to achieve optimal physical and mental wellbeing.

All consults address any current health priorities such as sleep, stress management, mood changes, low energy, hormonal changes, nutrient deficiencies, compromised immunity or poor gut health, which may impact the ability to achieve optimal health.
